Returns + Exchanges

 

Return / Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the day you receive the order.  If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot process the return.   

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • It must also be in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for a return or refund. 
  • Sale items are not eligible for a return or refund. 
  • Refunds are not given for a change of mind.

Process for Returns / Refund

To enquire about a return or refund:

  • Please email us to enquire about a return, and let us know why you would like to return the item.
  • Your request will be assessed and you will receive an email to notify you whether the return / refund is approved or rejected. 
  • If the return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to ship the item to. 
  • Please note you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund the cost of the original shopping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Once the item has been received, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original payment method.  It can take 10 working days to process into your account.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the day you receive the order.  If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot process the exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • It must also be in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for an exchange.
  • Sale items are not eligible for an exchange

Process for an exchange

To enquire about an exchange:

  • Please email us to enquire about an exchange, and let us know why you would like to exchange the item.  Also be sure to let us know which item you'd like to exchange the item for.  Please note this will be dependent on stock-levels.
  • Your request will be assessed and you will receive an email to notify you whether the exchange is approved or rejected. 
  • If the exchange is approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to ship the item to. 
  • Please note you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item for exchange. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive an exchange the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the new item. 
  • If the new item is of the same value, then it will be a straight swap.  If the new item is of a greater value, then you will be requested for the additional payment.  If the new item is of lesser value, then you may be entitled to a partial refund.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

Cece takes great care to ensure your orders are correct and that the items are protected whilst in transit.  In the unfortunate event that your order does not arrive in the original condition, please email us.  You may be asked to provide evidence of the issue.  Once assessed, an exchange may be offered.  Please note, if the item is original artwork, there may be additional processing time to create a new work and it may not be possible to replicate the original item exactly.  If a satisfactory exchange item is not available, you will be refunded for the original item. 

Late or missing refunds

  • Although a refund is processed out automatically on our end, it can take  up to 10 working days for the fund to process through to you. 
  • If you haven't received a refund after this time, please check with your bank or credit card company first.
  • If you still have not received a refund, please contact us.
